Health Requirement notice for students pending update immunization, TB Clearance and/or Physical examination was sent home with your child and followed up with a phone call. Please comply with health requirements to ensure continual attendance, avoiding undue exclusion.

Student Emergency Information & Health Form (yellow card) must be current. Please update when phone numbers, address and/or reference names have been changed. Please keep updates with the Joint Information Center (JIC) and talk to your family about the importance of Hand washing.

1.Wet hands

2. Add soap

3. Wash for 15-20 seconds

4. Rinse off the soap

5. Dry hands
